Set across 270 acres of diverse landscape, Mohaka River Farm features rolling hills, waterways, and a pristine river that together create an inspiring natural setting. It is also a vibrant hub of activity, home to several businesses and families whose work and creativity bring the land to life.

Our team is practical, resourceful, and hands-on - accustomed to building, creating, and solving challenges with both skill and imagination. Combined with the natural landscape and unique onsite resources, this spirit makes the property an exceptional setting for tailored corporate events and team-building experiences.

The result is something far beyond a typical offsite: memorable, immersive experiences designed to energise teams and strengthen connections.

Should you opt for an overnight or multi-night stay, we have 2 chalets and a 2-bedroom cottage, able to sleep up to 8 people combined.

For larger group accommodation bookings we are pleased to work with nearby motels and hotels in either Havelock North or Taupo. Locations in either can accommodate large groups, and both locations provide a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. From beautiful scenery and attractions in Taupo to the plentiful Hawke's Bay wineries just a short taxi ride away from the centrally located motel in Havelock North.

Mohaka River Farm offers a versatile and memorable setting for gatherings of all kinds. The lodge comfortably hosts 100+ guests and features a commercial kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, and relaxed social spaces including games, ping pong table and lounge areas.

For larger celebrations, the surrounding grounds allow for the addition of a marquee to accommodate even more guests, creating a spectacular outdoor event space.

As a dry-hire venue, you have the freedom to bring in your preferred caterers, food trucks, or caravan bars, allowing you to tailor the experience to your vision.
