Cancellation Policy

ALL REFUNDS INCUR A  $15 ADMIN FEE

Non -Peak cancellations : 20th January to 20th December

You can cancel your booking with 100% refund fee if you do this more than 24 hours of earliest check-in time on the day of your arrival.

If you cancel within the last 24 hours of earliest check-in time you will be charged the full cost of your booking.

Peak Cancellations: 21st December – 19th January

You can cancel your booking a week before your stay with 100% refund.

If you cancel within 7 days of your stay you will be refunded 50% of your booking.

If you cancel within the 24 hour arrival period you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
