If your booking was made through an online travel agent (e.g. Booking.com), the cancellation and payment terms of that platform apply.

2. Direct Bookings – Cancellation Policy

Cancellation periods are calculated in calendar days prior to the earliest check-in time on the scheduled arrival date.

Standard Guest Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and aim to provide clarity and fairness in our cancellation terms.

Peak Period

21 November – 28 February

10 days or more prior to arrival

9 to 2 days prior to arrival
30% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

As a small, destination property, late cancellations can be difficult to rebook. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Exclusive-Use & Group Booking Policy

When the property is reserved exclusively for one group, significant preparation and opportunity cost are involved. The following terms reflect the commitment required to hold accommodation bookings for more than eight people and/or the lodge for your event.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

More than 30 days prior to arrival
The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date within six months (subject to availability and seasonal rate adjustments).

Within 30 days of arrival
The full booking amount is non-refundable.

No-shows, reductions in guest numbers, or early departures
The full booking amount remains payable.

We encourage all group organisers to obtain appropriate travel or event insurance to safeguard against unexpected changes.
