We believe privacy is normal and do what we can to protect the privacy of anyone who chooses to engage with us.

To provide you with the best experience and service that we can which includes keeping accurate records of your interactions and purchase history with us, improving our website to accurately communicate our offerings, and sending occasional emails and/or newsletters which can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

We do share contact information on occasion with a very small group of trusted suppliers and partners which is necessary to function as a business. For example our web developer can access our newsletter mailing list for the purpose of creating and sending our newsletters, or if one of our guests wants us to arrange a visit to another attraction in Hawke's Bay we might share their contact details with the attraction operator so they can contact one another directly.
