This summer, with our parters NZ Grown and Heritage Timbercraft we'll be giving our guests the opportunity to see the entire process up close. Spend time in the timber yard, learn how select logs are milled and air dried, gain an understanding of New Zealand timber tree species, how timber is selected for different uses - like which is for beams or cladding - sawmilling, profiling machines, right up to a tour inside finished timber frame barn homes here on the property.
