Horse treks
In December, 2025 we opened our two all-new horse trekking tracks. The new tracks have been created on neighbouring properties, which have allowed for entirely new experiences for our horse trekking guests. We have two 3-4 hour options: one for beginners or returning riders, the other is for more confident riders and includes some reasonably challenging terrain, including a river crossing. Refreshments are provided alongside our highly experienced, safety conscious (but fun) horse trekking guides. We also have an option for people with their own well-trained horses to bring them here for a ride.
Our experiences are more than "things to do". They are crafts and arts to live by. They're practical, yet teach clarity of mind and focus.

Pottery Classes
There is nothing quite like the feeling of wet clay between your fingers. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced pottery artisan you're welcome to enjoy the therapeutic, fulfilling benefits of our pottery classes here on the farm. All pottery is on a wheel and sgraffito is available. Anything you make you would like to keep, we will dry and prepare for you then courier it to your home.

Knife Making
Make your own custom knife under the guidance of master knife maker Kelvin. Choose your desired blade of choice, and over a highly engaging 8-hour class learn every aspect of making your own knife - from cutting and grinding a knife blank, hardening and tempering the blade before finishing with a timber handle and brass bolster. All knives are made using high carbon European steel (15n20 or 1084) and you will keep the knife you have made at the end of it. Attendees aged 13-18 require an adult to accompany them. Refreshments are provided and with small class sizes there is plenty of one-on-one tutoring and assistance. Although you will be using some specialised tools, knowledge and experience will be passed on throughout by Kelvin to give you the confidence to attempt the highly rewarding process at home. The option to do the course over 2 days (4 hours a day) may be available depending on numbers.
